Need to Know
- Winners have 12 months from the purchase date to confirm their reservation and up to 24 months from the purchase date to travel.
- Subject to availability and travel between May 2nd and December 17th with the exception of Thanksgiving week. Please inquire for details.
- Please note, this villa has an air conditioning allowance of $550. Additional usage will be metered and charged at the market rate + taxes.
- Please note, the basketball hoop and pickleball and tennis courts are shared residents' amenities.
- Chef services are not included, but are available to add-on for a fee.
