Shared roads and passions
Over the last fifteen years, our executive team has served in leadership roles for some of the most successful
private villa rental companies in the world. We've always shared a passion for philanthropy and believed there
was a better way to leverage our luxury travel experience to help nonprofits.
Nicolas Meakins — Co-founder and CEO
Nic has over 15 years of executive experience in the luxury travel industry, creating and refining
hospitality services at three of the most successful high-end, private vacation-rental companies: Luxury
Retreats, TravelKeys and onefinestay.
Prior to creating the founding vision for LuxGive, Bobby was the Co-Founder and CEO of Travel Keys, a
world leader in luxury villa rentals. Travel Keys was acquired by the largest hotel chain in Europe,
Accor Hotels. During his time at Accor Hotels, the hotel chain also acquired onefinestay, the world
leader in luxury urban rentals. The two companies were merged under the onefinestay brand, and Bobby led
them as CEO where he simultaneously directed vacation rental strategy for the hotel chain reporting to
the CEO of Accor Hotels, Sebastien Bazin.
Bobby has also held a variety of advisory board positions in the vacation rental industry, including the
Expedia Specialty Lodging Committee. Over the course of Bobby's career, the companies he led have
generated over 200 million in revenue. Bobby is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
Aurèle is charged with building and scaling the company's digital infrastructure to achieve its
fundraising mission. With years of experience at premier luxury hospitality brands, his work spans the
intersection of travel & tech. Aurèle holds a Master in Engineering from IMT Atlantique, France.
Lucy's passion for travel has led her to an international career in luxury hospitality. She has developed
and implemented strategic operations to scale sales and servicing teams for a variety of luxury travel
companies.
A Webby award-winning designer for premier luxury brands such as AccorHotels, Theia Couture, L'Oréal, and
Sotheby's, Marius leads user-focused design teams and challenges digital trends.
His 20-year expertise transforms innovative vision into seamless brand experiences.
