What are "Risk-Free" Auction Travel Experiences?
Our once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences are offered on consignment, meaning they're free to place at your raffle, live, or silent auction. When an experience sells, you keep 100% of the proceeds above the nonprofit price. If a selection doesn't sell, there's zero financial obligation to your cause.
What is the "Nonprofit Price"?
The nonprofit price is the fixed consignment amount required for LuxGive to deliver our exceptional experiences. We price our trips well below fair market rates to give you the absolute best value - and unlike donated travel auction packages, you can sell our experiences unlimited times.
How do you determine suggested retail for your experiences?
Our pricing reflects the minimum cost to deliver our travel experience to your donors and includes the price of private accommodation, included local experiences, and Premium Guest Services.
How long can our donors travel?
Unless otherwise noted, trip winners have 24 months from the date of purchase and 12 months to book their stays.
Are there additional fees not listed in the experience price?
No, you will never be charged any hidden fees, usage fees, or subscription fees and we will never try to sell your donors a membership. All taxes and any other mandatory fees are included upfront in the nonprofit price.
Do you provide marketing materials?
Yes, we provide high-quality marketing materials to help convert donor interest into bids. Our marketing materials come in a variety of formats, including digital, print, and video, and can be custom-made for each experience.
Can I add extra nights to the trip?
Certainly. Our experiences can be tailored to your organization's specific needs, and guests can reserve extra nights or services after purchase at an additional cost.
